This post is also available in: PortuguêsIt’s with great excitement – and a bit of anxiety too – that we’ve just launched a crowdfunding campaign to help us produce our first book and a series of videos about our next trip!! Yey! But first things first… where are we going to and what is this all about?! We made a partnership with the government of Kyrgyzstan and will be covering the third edition of The World Nomad Games – a kind of Olympic Games but with unusual sports from the nomadic culture. The games will take place from the 2nd till the 9th of September and will gather teams from all over the world, (including Brazil, the US and many others!). After the event, we will spend three weeks traveling around Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. For those of you who have been following Monday Feelings for a while, already know how much we love visiting an exotic place and getting in touch with a completely different culture than ours. Thus, we couldn’t be happier with this trip to some of the most remote regions of the planet. In Tuscany, during our bike trip from north to south of Italy The excitement is so big that we want to make a series of videos and a photography book from this experience. But, in order to achieve this dream, we will need your help. How? We need to upgrade our photography equipment and also some help with the costs of the book production. In return for your kind donation, we will send you postcards from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, will include your name on the book and on the videos and will, of course, send you a copy of our FIRST BOOK. This is our first crowdfunding campaign and any suggestions, feedback and critics are more than welcome. We are a bit nervous, but extremely happy to share with you guys such an important step of our lives. Watch the video below for more details: We really hope you can help and we can’t wait to have you on-board!!! On the link of the campaign (https://bit.ly/2LHcywW) you find all the details, as well as our email and phone number. Unfortunately the website is all in Portuguese, but there is an English tutorial on how to use it. The only problem is that donations coming from abroad won’t be processed the same as the ones from Brazil, which means you can’t choose to receive any of the rewards listed. However, this does not mean we will not send you one – we’d never leave you empty hands 🙂 . Just get in touch with us privately and we will arrange everything and send you all the rewards. We have less than a month to turn our dream into reality, so please, please, help us spread this idea! Thank you! Fe and Ti.
